Screen constantly freezes

I am not happy with the size of the screen.  It should be bigger.  Can't find most things.  Then no hints to get the last pieces and then the screen froze.

can't believe they made the screen smaller so you can't get to the puzzle pieces.  This sucks and nobody does anything to fix these games!!!!
