Play TextTwist free on Games.com. In TextTwist, you are given six jumbled letters to form into as many words as possible within two minutes. Words can range from three letters to six letters, and each time you find a six-letter word, you gain access to the next level.
Use the mouse to click the letter bubbles into the solution slots, or use the keyboard to type words out at warp speed. Click TWIST to scramble the letters and find more words on the board. You can backspace or delete to remove a single letter or click CLEAR to remove them all. After you find a word, click ENTER to add it and watch your score climb.
CHEATS & TIPS
Plow through Plurals:
Once you find a noun, ANY noun, be on the lookout for an ‘S’ in your jumble of letters. Be sure to tack it onto every possible word to maximize your score.
Get Tense, Get Points:
Don’t chomp your nails or let your palms sweat--get tense the right way using any available “-ED” or “-LY” combos to your advantage. Grab past tense verbs and snatch adverbs up whenever you can. Often the winning six-letter word you’re looking for will come in a form you didn’t expect.
Practice Hindsight:
Before the clock runs out, go through all your previous words to look for patterns, prefixes, suffixes and root words. For example, if you found “EAT” as a 3-letter word, make a point not to forget words like, “HEAT,” “SEAT,” or “MEAT.” Look for even longer words like “PLEAT,” “GREAT,” or “THREAT,” all of which include those three letters in different ways.

I still cannot get these games to load. I have completed ALL the suggestions given in your last message and I still cannot load the games. My question still stands - were the new formats EVER tested on commonly used architectures or did some wacked group of nerds simply decide that a change was " in the best interest" of the clientele whether they want it or not? The new setup(s) stink!!!!!

the words are so stupid. what the hell are they doing with this game. i don't like the game to be easy but this is ridiculous. i think they went deep into the dictionary and looked for the most obscure words they could find. Not playing this dumb game anymore.

I have to wonder what language this game is using. This was one of my favorite games but not anymore. Even when we complain it does no good. No one is listening. What ever happen to customer service. Please listen and respond to your customers. Or better yet toss this game out!
@cummingsdck I agree. This used to be a fun game when they used REAL WORDS. This is so whacked, and why they are not listening I can't figure out!

I'm through with this game. It just told me that "rim" is not a word on their list.......but they accepted "dor" and "dir"......I like trying
to play words, not guessing games of seeing how many ways I can rearrange letters for the sake of rearranging.
My game will not even come on my screen anymore. Why are there always improvements made that end up being worse to begin with.

Are you trying to teach us a new language other than english? I hate this game your new format is something from a parrel universe. Hello this is American primary language-English unless otherwise stated using a different language. Please clean up this game and go back to old faithful.
