Goal of the gameBuild, buy and sell houses. Upgrade your houses to increase your rental income. Make the specific goals of each level in order to continue to the next one. Be sure to finish the goals before you run out of time.
Game controlsBefore you can build a house, you need to draft the blueprint. Click �blueprints' and choose the blueprint you'd like to draft. Wait for the blueprint to finish. Once you have the blueprint, you can click on an empty lot. Click �construct house' and choose the house you'd like to build. If you want to demolish a house, you can select the house and click �demolish'.
The �money' tab shows you how much money you currently have. It also tells you what your current income is and what your potential income is while you're upgrading or building a house.
Materials are needed when you build, upgrade and repair your houses. Click the �materials' tab and click a button to buy materials. It takes some time to receive your purchase.
If you need to increase rent, you can upgrade your houses. To upgrade a house, click the house and the �upgrade' button. You can upgrade a house three times. You won't get rental income from the house you're upgrading until the upgrade is completed.
Sometimes houses come up for sale. If you have enough money, you can click the house and then the �buy' button.
If you want to make money fast, you can sell a house. Click the house you'd like to sell and click the �sell' button. Wait for an offer. You can either accept or decline the offer.
There are also empty lots which you don't own. They can be for sale as well. You can click them to buy.
Sometimes there are damages in your houses. A damaged house does not generate rent. In order to repair the damages, click the damaged house and click �repair'. If you buy a workshop, you can start inspecting your houses. An inspected house will never have any damages.
Workers are needed to construct, upgrade and demolish houses and buildings. If you need more workers, you can click the workers tab and train new workers.
