it sucks when you try three times and the game does not play,it suck even more when tyour told your game is playing and you get a blank screen

When i play Jewel Quest the deck double deals.  You are limited to the number of Undo's you have.  I have to waste them all to recall the cards that was dealt without my having the chance to play on them.

One day this will all bite you in the ass ......the way you run these games...JQS

just got a new computer and tried to play my favorite game Jewel Quest Solitaire and it keeps freezing-up  just about to blame the computer when I read all he comments  and I won't order any jewel quest products until it is fixed  boy am I unhappy

I read the comments below, unfortunately I can only say "You all have more person agreeing with you."  I used to enjoy playing games, now I'll watch TV or read or shut the computer altogether....

Now the game in freezeing up after just a few games and cant get back on with out going out and starting all over. What are you doing to fix this??? Yes everyone is complaining.Soon you have have no one. Come on check it out for your self. See what a pain it is to try to finish the game.

well another black screen again, not just me but a lot of rhe other players to, it really is getting sickning having to play this way, i only come on for a few min and to check to see if you gave us back our old format, PLEASE READ THE COMMENTS and give us back our old game before there is no one left that wants to play like this. Maybe if your sponsors see how many players that have left maybe they will give us back our game

That's it.  Rarely able to get into game, and the VERY few times I do, I don't like the three misses and out. 

I have read the commets back to Nov 11 2012,not a one has anything good to say about how the game works. You say it has 3 levels,well tell me how do you get to them?After 3 miss the screen goes black and you have to exit and start over. Is that any way to have a game that people really like. You can only play to 2-6. After all this time why cant you fix all the problems or give a responce what is being done to fix them. SOMETHING !! Have a nice day.

To the Powers that be, this new format is awful, it is not fun anymore. Why did you change it????? i hope your advertisers read our comments and relize what has happend, i will not ever and i repete never use your sponsers ever. Maybe if we hit you where it hurts( pocket book) u will give us back our old format, again this format is awful, i really hope you have the balls to read this comment. p.s., i am not the only one who feels this way about the change.

how to put games I purchased on new computer

THE games are TERRIBLE Now.....so slow and won't load. There  are other games sites.  C'mon folks, let's go play on another site.

I don't like the new format and I think it is unfair of you to change the format without asking me, the one who plays these games,  for my opinion.  I want the old format back.  This new format is bogus.

ok. I am convinced after reading all these really bad reviews, I am sooooo not going to even attempt this game. I come here to relax, not get irritated with some game that isnt working right. Why couldnt they leave it alone.....well AOL, why?
