I agree with all the negative comments!!  I've been trying to play for several days and the game will not come up on the screen.

the 'brainacs' are just playing with us to see how long we  will wait for them to let us get back to enjoying our games.,

Lost Island mah jong doesn't come in, just a white box. what happened?

Disappointed to not be able to relax and play games.   I have tried several and none will come on.

it would be nice if we could play.  what happened to the sight.  I tried all night last night and I guess I will give up aagain tonigh.  do you get paid every time the ad goes on?  is this why you don't play the game and keep putting the ad on each time we try         to gt the game????

Scroll up & look on the left for the "report an issue" and click on it & tell them what you think I've been sending emails every few hours. You would think they would get a clue and fix this game site. I've also notice most of the other mahjong games on this site have to be downloaded or you have to install something else just to play the game. I'm not downloading another game or attachment.

I think they are just laughing at us.  The brainiacs can fix the game so it's impossible to finish but they can't fix it so it can show up on the screen.  Remember how long it took them to fix it last time?  There are lots of other game sites, people!  But, really RJSDREAM, please stop screaming!  It doesn't do any good, and you're hurting my ears and raising y our blood pressure! 

  Oh, and isn't it interesting that they say there are 267 people playing the game when it doesn't load?  I think lot of things are fake including some of the people on the top ten list.

Please stop fixing things you are making it worse!!! Now this game will not load for anyone.

It's June 2, 2013, this game still is not loading. Why can't they get it fixed? Or do they really want to. I think they enjoy all the aggravation that we are having.

Can't bring up this game. Been playing it for years, now it's gone too. I hate this new format. I lost Universal Crossword too. Bring back the previous game format.

Why is this game not loading?  I haven't been able to get on since yesterday afternoon.

  It just gets worse and worse.  When are you guys going to wake up and realize you are losing your players.  The games are rediculous!!!!!  If you can't even find a match when you highlite it, what's next? 

  Also, you say you cannot anser all emails but it looks to me like you get one every two weeks or so.  Are you too busy trying to antagonize the players.  Well, IT'S WORKING!!!!

For some reason my zoom got raised to 125% but when I changed it to 100% all the games started working well at least the ones I play. Also I am running windows7 sp1 and IE 9 but when I was running in compatiblity mode none of the games worked. Just trying to give some suggestions so that everyone can try different things that might help. If you wait for them to get back to you it could be days. when I was running this site on compatiblity view none of the games would run correctly even tho that was the advice a tech told me to do. So I hope I may have given some suggestions that you all can check on. Look under your tools to find the comb view or for the torn sheet of paper next to the refresh button. If the piece of paer isn't there then you are running the game in the comp. view and that is what happened to me after making any of the changes above close IE and then restart IE. Hope this info help someone. It is so frustrating to literally play a game then the very next day have it not work. Alsomake sure all your windows updates are up to date a bunch of fixes were released this week for Windows 7 sp1. Most game sites keep up with updates so if your system doesn't have the most current java flash player etc it will help to update those also. Have a great day everyone. Don't you read your mail?  Why do you ask for feedback if you don't pay any attention to it.  THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY COMPUTER!  Nobody likes what you have done to these games, and the ones that don't load are useless.  Lost Island Mahjongg daily game is rediculous.  The top ten scores have to be fake because nobody could possibly get those scores.  I've been checking on this game every day just hoping it's been fixed but am getting so I don't want to bother any more.

What happened to Universal Crossword?  When I want to play Texas Hold'm no limit with multiple players like I used to, I am brought to the tournament page....I DON'T WANT TO PLAY TOURNAMENTS!!!

What happened to Universal Crossword and Word Roundup?

ok so I sent a feedback yesterday and I did receive an answer today stating what to do if having a prob with the games I didn't do any of the fixes and just went and tried playing and it worked. I just think that they don't look at the comments at all but they do respond to feedback. So if in the future this happens to me again I guess the way to report it is to send the feedback option. I will be saving the email I received today because now I have an email to reply back to when I am having a problem. I personally are very happy they fixed the game because it is one of my favorite games and I do like this site but it is so frustrating that it took so long for them to fix it. have been trying to get on this game all day!!! it freezes halway thru loading. i just don't understand HOW come it hasn't been fixed!! this has been going on for a VERY LONG TIME. look at the comments. FIX THE SOB NOW!!!!!!!!

When are you going to FIX this game?  All the players say the same thing except the few who must not play because right now it is impossible to GET ON THE GAME!   What a waste of time!  It is terrible anyway if you DO get on it.

I have been having problems with my games freezing and being very slow. I thought it might be my computer but with all the other comments it must be the program. It is very frustrating and I hope that the problem is fixed soon. I am total agreement with those that wish that the format of the games did not change. It seems like there has been nothing but problems ever since. I too have started out playing in one room and suddenly find myself in another room without even changing....so very weird. I do hope that the problems with this game is fixed soon. It is so irritating that it is not worth spending my time that is supposed to be relaxing ending up being frustrated with the freezing problem.
