Poker: Five Card Drawby Masque Publishing
In casino play, the first betting round begins with the player to the left of the big blind, and subsequent rounds begin with the player to the dealer's left. Home games typically use an ante; the first betting round begins with the player to the dealer's left, and the second round begins with the player who opened the first round.
Play begins with each player being dealt five cards, one at a time, all face down. The remaining deck is placed aside, often protected by placing a chip or other marker on it. Players pick up the cards and hold them in their hands, being careful to keep them concealed from the other players, then a round of betting occurs.
If more than one player remains after the first round, the "draw" phase begins. Each player specifies how many of his cards he wishes to replace, and discards them. The deck is retrieved, and after a burn card is dealt each player is dealt in turn from the deck the same number of cards he discarded so that each player again has five cards. It is important that each player discards the cards he wishes to replace before he takes any replacements, and that he takes the same number of replacements as he discarded.
A second "after the draw" betting round occurs beginning with the player to the dealer's left or else beginning with the player who opened the first round (the latter is common when antes are used instead of blinds). This is followed by a showdown if more than one player remains, in which the player with the best hand wins the pot.

All this fuss over a game. Ever think it could be your computer? Mine works fine - find game iw ant to play easy, dont have to sign on with password, can chat all the time. Dont know what the problem is for the rest of you, but new system is great on my computer.

Why can I not play any games but can log into the web site, I click on the tile to play and the little loading clock never stops going around in a circle.

how do you play jokers wild poker? I know it sounds like a stupid question i've aways played jacks or better
@l_franklin89 you can use the joker to make it whatever you want --like you get 2Ks and 1 Joker you have 3Ks. Does that help?

Missy -- sometimes I've found it helps to increase your view. Like if presently it's at 100% take it to 125%. Seems to help with the chat for me. Good Luck!! I know it's not much fun to play w/o it.
why is it that i do prtty good in 7 card, but when i try to play this game or any other game i loose or break even? i want to play other games

I think this new format is great! Nice job guys!! Now my friend and I cheat on all the players who do not have chat. We know what cards we have and we can raise the anti for each other so now we win big!!!!

Well, big surprise all, seems the crazies who have all taken up lifetime residence in these rooms, did not care for the comment Iposted yesterday.
Since I arrived they have been accusing me of being a former player. Ihave tried repeatedly to appeal to there sense of reason, little did I realize that was beyond thier scope or ability. Ok, we the players are ready for this mess that has changed, the games,, the chats, and all about the new way, to be changed to something that can really be played and enjoyed again. From all the comments, you must clearly see, that no one likes this new way system.
