Texas Hold'em is a variation of seven card stud where players share common cards called "the board."
Due to the fact that the starting two card hand is comprised entirely of face-down cards, the obligation to open the betting is rotated clockwise after each hand. This is accomplished with the use of a "dealer button" and "blinds." A dealer button is a round disk with the word dealer written on it.
Blinds are mandatory bets made by the first two players clockwise from the dealer button. The blinds posted in all limit games are in the amounts of 1/2 of the lower limit for the first player (small blind) and the lower limit for the second player (big blind). The blinds in a $10-$20 game would, therefore, be $5 and $10.

People are sooooo tired of complaining and begging that they've virtually abandoned this site. 56 whole players palying with all their chips on the table and 1 chip cap bets. WTF happened to the lovely site we used to enjoy here? They had finally gotten all the glitches out and the game was running very nicely. Noone was complaining then. This started when they went to ads with sound. How hard could it be to do that without wrecking the entire site and what are the advertisers getting for their money? Certainly not sales considering 56 whole people in the world are in here. What a joke this company is. I see another Enron coming in the near future. This is insulting to the patrons who have been here forever and the sponsors who are obviously not getting what they paid for. I have been here since '99 when there were no ads and we could click on symbols and sounds and chat. I USED to play with the same group EVERY night, No more, thanks for ruining our pathetic little get together of friendly gamers who've played together for almost a decade. Sickening. Just sickening.

To get to NoLimit, sign on to Limit, exist that and click on Change Game and that will get you to NoLimit.

@evelyn_koepke Evelyn - I was able to see my picture appear at the table when I SIGNED-IN with the Facebook Icon offered. I did not even have to fill-in my email or password. Facebook just transferred my Profile Picture automatically.
@evelyn_koepke Have you found out how to get your picture at the table? I am having the same trouble.
This site is pure crapola. Bring back some of the old slot games. Fire the idiots who came up with this stuff. Sponsors, you are wasting your money.

i need help about a game, a was playing taxas holdem we are 5 players and we play with 2 jocker ok,. in the table are The highest Straight A K Q J 7 , and 2 players has a jaker and 2 and the others 2 players has Q and J and one player has 6 and 4 who is the winner in this game. sorry for my spelling coomment please.

It's a tie. The plot is split between all 5 players. A poker hand is the beset 5 cards available to the player... no more.

Click on card above. Then a list comes up. That's how I get to no limit. :)
go to games.com when the screen comes on click THE high stakes it will take you to high stakes(limit)if you want to go to no limit click on change game at the top left hit no limit then scroll the to the table you want to play on.

Ditto on all the comments about having problems getting on the aol sites. You definitely have serious problems you need to address. I've played on your site for many years and since you added the new site it has been nothing but problems and when II report them to you you give me answers that point the finger back at me. Grow up and fix the problems. Your sponsers must not monitor this site or they would be dropping like flies.

Aol needs to fire the people who tatally screwed this site up. Masque has been couteous enough to respond to my inquiries and it is NOT them, it is Aol. Aol does not respond at all though they have to know that we are very disatisfied with this site. Years of effort that other people put in to make this an excellent place to plat poker down the drain in one frigging day. They should be embarassed at the reflection this site affects the way we percieve Aol overall. As far as I'm concerned the people who messed the site up are laughing as they cash their paychecks and sit in their chairs dreaming of their next vacation and taking complete advantage of theirfringe benefits because the people who are supposed to know what they are doing are ignorant and lazy and don't realize that these youngsters they've hired messed it up on purpose for job security knowing Aol doesn't give a crap about the customers who USED to enjoy the games. These employees are probobly sitting at their desks playing other companies' games or watching porn and getting paid to do it.
