Why can't I ever find my favorite games.. the old way they were right there on the right hand side of the screen, now I have to flip all over the place to find them.. Come on, lets go back to the 'old way'  Change is NOT always for the best.

where is the favorite list and the word challenges are nowhere to be found.   What's up; fix it please 

made a comment about the way you changed the site and screwed up a good site now you delete all my favorites from the site. If this is the way you run a business you wont last. too many other sites that listen to what the people say.

It's fixed people - just did three days of puzzles.  Yea!!!!!!!

Still not loading beyond 20% - 27 hours and counting since my last comment.  Poor customer service.

Now 2nd day that puzzles won't load. Now stuck at 20% when loading.

Why won't the game load? I have been trying for 1/2 hour to get it to load. Games.com really sucks!!!!! Why can't you go back to the old way of doing things, that worked!  You would think I should have learned by now that games.com is no place to play games especially if you want to enjoy yourself while playing.

not loading- this is not the only game that doesn't load or play right since they went to this new site and format- AOL it is not our computers it is yours

I agree with previous commenter (watkinsmindy1).  Have tried for over an hour to get it loaded and it simply won't.  Fix it please.

why do the puzzle pieces move so slowly?  Please bring it up to speed.

Love the pictures!  After I finish I just look at the picture for a while!

The Simply Jigsaw game is becoming frustrating, because I am having difficulty moving the pieces. Usually, the pieces move at the beginning of the puzzle, then they are impossible to move in order to complete. What is the problem?

why does the games load right away sometime and others they won't load at all?

i was having problems with this game, with slow moving pieces, drove me nuts.  but I have found a solution, I upgraded to windows 8.  that solved the problem, now this game works just like before .  and right now, the upgrade only costs $40, very reasonable for windows.  it is making me crazy figuring out how to use windows 8, but I think it will be worth it.  this game works now, big plus

Why is it that the people who have the most chips on texas hold'em wins most of the time?

Hey guys:,  my son fixed all my  problems  with  this  new  site  with  one  click.  Use  the  Compatibility  View.  It  use  to  be  an  Icon  which  looked  like  a  torn  piece  of  paper  near  the  web  address  field.  Now  that's  disappeared  from  my  view  in  the  last  two  days.   Compatibility  View  is  now  in  the  "View" area.  Go  Figure!  Try  it!!!
