won't download my scores..

.. not loading .. for the second day now. 

games.com will not load the loading indicator just keeps spinning but never finishes

Agree with everyone. Format SUCKS big time.... Out of this game site on to more user friendly sites.... Fix it or dump it!

have gone to google and can now get most of games still no cribbage or dominoes since site changed not much help out there

well i guess their r a lot of people disgusted with this room and cannot say i blame them.the new format does suck and  i am thinking about leaving also.today alone i was booted 4 times with in 1/2 an hour.terrible.after all this time i cannot believe the problems in all the games.who ever came up with this format must of been drunk.I do not expect a response because i really do not think anyone really cares what the gamers feel.the games are awesome if we could play them right.So i really do not feel like anyone  that did the format or anyone  either gives a hoot

Since the format change I have had nothing but problems with this site. I have been unable to access the games for over a fortnight now. (For the second time since the format change.) I have TWICE contacted America On-Line for assistance. But, needless to say, NOT ONE PERSON from AOL has even had the common decency to grace me with a reply. So, after all these years, it's time to say goodbye to games.com and America On-Line. I'll miss my pals from this game, but that's life under AOL. Bye all.

why will my top score not change?

i have to scroll down to chat now it wont on one screen anymore is anyone else having this problem

CAN`T  BELIEVE ALL THE PROBLEMS THAT ARE HAPPENING WITH THIS FORMAT..SPEND MOST OF MY GAME TIME TRYING TO GET BACK ON-LINE. GAMES FREEZE UP ALL THE TIME,

Am I the only one that has a screen that freezes in the middle of the game or loses connection?

If you don't listen to us who are playing .....and even maybe buying.....and don't change back to the old way, you will be making the biggesty mistake that Games.com ever made. We are all out of here!!!!!

 I LIKE THE old` WAYS EVEN THO i AM A YOUNG OLDER PERSON.

THESE  GAMES ARE FOR CHILDREN ONLY.   SOLVE THE PROBLEM ....HAVE A N OLDER PERSONS' PAGE ..THAT IS US .
AND KEEP THESES FOR THE KIDDIES.FOR HEAVENS SAKE 

This is not good you need to fix it or go back to the way it was.

I do not like this new format.  I am having continuous problems with chatting.  Is anyone listening when so many of us are highly disgusted with this new site/format?  Where is the Leaderboard for Whist?  Why did you ask if we wanted changes, and the majority said NO.....but you made the UN-User friendly changes anyway?  You wasted our time when you ignored our responses of KEEPING THE SITE AS IS!!!!!!!

I guess I will return to POGO.com where it is so much more user friendly and your suggestions are taken into consideration.

It took forever to get into this game with its new design. Then after I got on, it completly froze and it would not let me take my turn so that I wouldn't lose my points. Was away for alittle and came back to this new way. >WOW< What a mistake you programers made. Sure hope you change your minds and go back to the past design until you can get ALL the bugs worked OUT !!!!!!!  Sorry, but this is dissapointing.

I agree with everyone else.  This is really a mess.  You kept asking if I wanted to change and I kept saying NO!!!! so why this awful change.

Simply NOT GOOD ENOUGH, the site does not recognise itself let alone the player.  Despite logging in no connection to chat or scores, yes you guessed it total Krap........

Damn game won't keep the score more than one round...this new site SUCKS!!!!  Go back to the old format.  Off to MSN...may cancel my AOL with this one, had it since it started, was better before the improvements :(

How many times have you programmers heard, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it?"  The old way was so easy to move around in.  This is a pain in the butt!

I've tried to find other free games to set-up into, but they are as bad as this new way.  They say change is good - NOT  Miss the favorite game listing!!!!!!!!!!1

finally had to log into the game through google ashame I can't use aol to get into the games

can't even get into the room I want to get into tonight. At least give us a choice to use old or new way

why can't we go back to the old set up? I found it was a lot easier . even after watching the video, I still can't find my way as well as I did with the old setup...

Bad move.  You can tell the people who make the changes are not the players.  We were happy with the other set up. 

Is  there a reason for the change?
