I am using Google Chrome and don't have any freezing issues. I play on both a PC and a Mac and it works fine.

Board still freezing, especially after every ad, and is getting worse.  Many players having this problem.  Not just me.  Don't you have any IT people who can fix this "bug?"

SAME OLD PROBLEMS AGAIN & AGAIN

Not only does the screen freeze after each commercial and by the time I sit through another commercial to restart the game, only a couple of games are left before the next ad runs and I go through the whole process again but my stats haven't changed in over a month despite consistently finding more words, scoring higher and almost always coming in in the top six.  It still shows my average placement as 9, average words 32 and average score 235.  It hasn't budged at all in weeks.  Why have the statistics if they don't update them?  And just getting top play a few games is becoming less worth the extra effort.  The advertisers are getting less exposure because others like me know to exit the game as soon as the commercial begins and reset for a new game. 

I just played two games and in each my score was higher than some that were listed on the board, but my name wasn't on the board and it didn't tell me what place I came in.

This is getting disgusting.  I got to play ONE game---then, as usual, the board freezes.

Still freezes or the board doesn't drop down then I'm forced to refresh. Haven't played as much and still have the same problems.

I'm playing less and less because it's so time consuming and annoying to have to exit and then wait through another commercial before I can play again after every commercial.  It's taken the fun out of playing.

Love this game just words very addicting great game

i used to freeze all the time signing in aol.  now i sign in google chrome, easy to do, and have had no problems for months with freezing

Game freezing up constantly.  You had it fixed, but broke it again.  What's going on?

Dear Whoever is in charge: I truly love chucking. However, my game keeps freezing up. When this happens to me, it also happens to another player at the same time. It is NOT my computer. PLEASE, PLEASE fix this. I will sooo put you on my christmas list. Love, Wichie

Having more problems than ever the last couple of days.  I have WordChuck in favorites and it always took me to the busiest rooms, now it takes me to one where I'm the only player but it still shows I'm in "Chuck."  However, when I exit the game and go to the room selections, Chuck always has 15 or more players.  When I enter it allows me to play one game, sometimes a few more, and then freezes with the letters only partially filling the grid.  And, though I'm usually in the top four or five, sometimes one or two, it's kept me at #9 in the stats for over a month.  I think we need some new programmers working on the problems as these problems are not being corrected and mores seem to be added all the time.

Shows commercial, game loads but will not open to play game.  This happens a lot!

I have consistently been in top 15 yet my stats haven't changed. Hw can I get it to update?

Game wont load completely  only loads to 74% ..All other games on Game.com load??????

Adobe Flash keeps crashing when I play this game!  What to do?

Maybe they do read the comments here.  Suddenly my stats went to #9.  Nothing else changed though. 

Still at # 10 as I was when I posted here on February 7.  No updates of stats.

It's been a month since my stats have updated even though I've continually beat them.  They seem frozen on the numbers from a month ago.  Any fix for this?  I like to compete with myself as well as the others playing.

Why can people type to play?  It won't let me type...  does anyone know why?

I find that going on under Google Chrome is significantly better than going on through AOL.  Many less incidents of freezing, chat problems, etc.  Although, there are still some issues sometimes, they are much less this way.

 Hello moderator......... We are still having issues.  Word chuck  is still freezing, the letters still float or cover up other letters.  Chat is not right.  You hit enter and it does it twice or not at all.  If you turn security on any setting other than the lowest the game won't load.  WHAT'S UP WITH THAT ANYWAY????  We have been asking for fixes ever since your updated your site.  PLEASE FIX THE ISSUES NOW.

getting fed up after a couple of games, I get pop ups, meaning I can't finish the game in play, I've tried turning pop ups off, but it makes no difference,  anyone have a solution??

I cannot get wordchuck to load but have used it many times before this?????

We shouldn't have to e-mail about the problems.  Why have a comments section if they don't monitor it?  I, too, would like to know why they no longer show our highest score.  It was always a challenge to try to beat it.  I don't think the stats are a true indication either,  I went for over a week consistently beating what they showed as my average and the numbers remained the same.  For months now, they show my average place as ten.  Some nights I've played and consistently been in 3rd or 4th place yet I've never moved up from 10. 

What is with this site?  If you manage to download a game, you may be able to play one level {MAYBE!!}, then it won't change to the next level. Guess they haven't heard the saying ... IF IT'S NOT BROKE, DON'T FIX IT.
