Derived from the card game bezique, Pinochle players score points by trick-taking and also by forming combinations of cards into melds. Pinochle is thus considered part of a "trick-and-meld" category which also includes a cousin, belote.     Sugriff, dont be so mean. You know that guy was only kidding about the five aces in one suit. However, I did run a Boston a couple weeks ago. I was playing with a user named Vern. Neither of us saw it coming, but is was very nice. I'm always looking forward to getting double runs and double aces. Hope to see you again at the tables. I luv pino, it is a great game.

    I have stopped wishing for the double runs and the rare boston... I am now dreaming about 5 A's in one suit... 10 years playing online and not once do I recall having 5 A's in one suit... I have had triple J's around once... didn't save them tho... sighssssssssssssssssss...

    5 aces in one suit???? I think someone has been cheating with some aces up their sleeve...and this PINO and the ppl here are the BEST !!!! So stick around for the fun and laugh at the # 3 bot with the rest of us....
