this game still sucks

There have been nothing BUT complaints since this new version of games.com come came out.  Is anyone at the website actually listening?  It appears not because NOTHING has improved in a month or more.  REALLY?  Is non-response the best you people can do?????

I can't get Inca Ball to load, bummer.

trying to use new site. it's all but unusable. went to what passes for favorites and its showing games i;ve never played. and won't show game i've marked as favorite.

it's hard to belive that some body could take a product that was working just fine ans screw it up this badly

Inca ball hanging up not working properly  please fix it

I will say that when Games.com want to mess things up they do it in great style. I have not tried a game on this "new" thing that has worked properly.

Inca Ball is not playing correctly, please hurry up and fix it.

As "parrisouthele" said, the game is totally messed up.!! Im going back to the old site. This is going on with tooo many of the action games.

The game malfunctions with the balls coming out over the ones already on the board.  When that happens, the game freezes and it will either be completely unresponsive or the balls I'm trying to shoot won't work and the ones I have yet to knock out go to the end without my being able to shoot them out, therefore I lose a life.  Love this game.  I hope you can repair it.

Needs work just like the old version.  The game screws up and becomes totally unresponsive about halfway through.  Then the player loses ALL the progress and points accrued, through no fault of their own!!!  Please fix!!!!!

Too jumpy and locks up on both sites

My first complaint. The sound is not smooth but jerky as is the game. I played this game on your Classic site so I know how it should run. I do understand  all the problems your team must be encountering for my husband was head of the computer department for a major manufacturer and my son works in game design and programming. All in all, you are doing a good job and you stay in contact with your customers.
