Reversi is a classic strategy board game. It's played with pieces that are dark on one side and light on the other. Each player is assigned one of these colors. The object is to end the game with more pieces showing your color than your opponent's.
Reversi (also marketed by Pressman under the trade name Othello) is a board game involving abstract strategy and played by two players on a board with 8 rows and 8 columns and a set of distinct pieces for each side. Reversi Pieces typically are disks with a light and a dark face, each side belonging to one player. The goal of Reversi is to have a majority of their othello colored pieces showing at the end of the game, turning over as many of their opponent's othello pieces as possible. reversi, reversi online, internet reversi, othello online

2012-02-01 23:13:01 ETGreat game! I use to play this long ago and far away. This takes me back to yesteryear. Backgammon too. My brother and I play all the time while on skype. I just wish they had a pause on the game so we can get munchies after playing for an hour or so. &******** your turn!" - cwinse4101
2010-12-04 17:20:01 ET@lcourtines---well i don't know how long this game has been on here but i just found it today, 12/4/10. that being said, i can understand why people don't like it, it requires to much thought, today's generation wants the violent games with shooting and driving and total mayhem. all that does is rot the brain away. but they don't care. backgammon very old game lost popularity many years ago, maybe it makes the transition into computers, maybe not. advertise it more and see what happens. - cwinse4101
2010-12-04 17:12:36 ET@bianoflow--i have the same problem with other games sometimes, especially poker, i have found that it has something to do with the aim instant messenger, at least i think so. i have to close out the messenger, and ALL browser windows (this is because i have my browser set to delete all browsing history upon exit) and then log back in and go straight to my game. works every time. if you need any further assistance, i would be happy to help, just IM me or email me at this user account at aol.com - bianoflow
2010-10-31 18:17:06 ETHi, This game won't log in for me, but other will, so I can't play with my griendfriend/ If I'm signed in to games.com and open the game, it says im a guest, if I select to logging from the open game screen, the page refreshes so we can't play together :( might a reason for lack of game play if others are having the same issue. 2010-09-16 07:28:44 ETIt does take some time to load the first time you play it. Maybe people aren't patient or think there's something wrong.
