I meet the system requirements but I am still unable to play.
For most game errors, there are a couple of steps available that will alleviate the trouble. If you are having trouble:
Once you've performed all the steps above,close all your browser windows. Once all your browsers have been closed, restart them, and go back to the game you were playing.
My computer is telling me a game has a Virus or Trojan? What do I do?
I purchased a game and it is not working.
I've recently purchased a new computer, and I want to move my
downloadable games that I purchased on to my new computer.
I can't find the rooms I am used to playing in.
In order to find rooms to play in you must click on the 'PLAY IN A ROOM'tab located to the right of the 'GAME INFO' tab beneath the 'Play Free Online' button.

Rooms will be divided by social topics for most of our online games.

For Poker games the tabs are divided into the level of stakes
- Low Stakes
- Medium Stakes
- High Stakes
- Tournaments
This game is too slow on my computer.
How do I make an avatar (Face) in a game?
I see a red X when I launch the game.
Some members will see a Red X where a game should be running. This happens when a small piece of software provided by the game publisher is not installed. These little programs are called Active X controls. When you see a Red X you need to do the following to get the game running:
1. 1) Close down your browsers (and the AOL client)
2. 2) Open Windows Explorer and go to C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files
3. 3) Find all non-Java labeled files
4. 4) Right-click it and select "Remove" for each
5. 5) Open up Internet Explorer or AOL and try to run the game again.
