1. ELIGIBILITY: The AOL 2008 World Series Of Poker No Limit Texas Hold’em Tournament Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the United States including the District of Columbia, 21 years of age and older, except residents of the following states: Oklahoma, Mississippi, Nevada, Illinois, Massachusetts, Iowa, Rhode Island, Vermont, Michigan. Void in OK, MS, NV, IL, MA, IA, RI, VT, MI, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited. Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and the respective household members, whether or not related, of AOL LLC (“AOL”), Masque Publishing, Inc., Harrah’s License Company, LLC, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and Strobe Promotions, Inc., are not eligible to enter or win. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. U.S. law governs this Contest. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities for any reason including, without limitation, as a result of a government program or by a particular hotel located in Las Vegas, at its discretion, or by the individuals’ own request are also not eligible. Each person who participates in the Contest fully and unconditionally agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of AOL LLC (“Sponsor”) and judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

2. CONTEST DESCRIPTION/TIMING: The Contest is a contest of skill. Contest begins at 7:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 5/4/08 and ends 3:00 PM ET on 6/15/08 (the “Contest Period”). No money or other consideration of any kind is required to participate in this Contest. AOL will hold online poker tournaments (“Qualifying Tournaments”) throughout the Contest Period in order to qualify participants for the six (6) major poker tournaments (each, a “Main Event Tournament”) that will take place during the Contest Period. The winner of each Main Event Tournament will be declared a Grand Prize winner and will be invited to attend and participate in the 2008 World Series of Poker No-Limit Texas Hold'em World Championship Event in Las Vegas, NV, scheduled to take place on July 3, 2008.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To participate in this Contest, go to http://www.games.com/poker and follow the directions provided to register for one of the Qualifying Tournaments on the dates described below. Up to 5,000 participants may participate in each Qualifying Tournament. A participant may register for or participate in any or all Qualifying Tournaments offered, but not more than one (1) Qualifying Tournament at a time. A participant may only play one (1) hand in each applicable Qualifying Tournament. In the event it is determined that a participant is playing more than one (1) hand in a Qualifying Tournament or has registered or is playing in more than one (1) Qualifying Tournament at a time, such participant will be disqualified and will be blocked from participating in any future tournaments. Participants may be advanced a buy-in of $100 in digital cash to play the game; $100 digital cash has no cash or other value outside this Contest. Each Qualifying Tournament will take place over a seven-day period. You may not register for a Qualifying Tournament once the Qualifying Tournament you are participating in has begun. The number of registered players will determine the length of each Qualifying Tournament. The top one hundred (100) finishers by reverse order eliminations of each Qualifying Tournament will each be given a digital pass to register for the Main Event Tournament for which they have qualified. Only participants with the specific digital pass can register for a Main Event Tournament, and participants must redeem the digital pass within the Tournament Period (as defined below) in which it was acquired. More than one (1) digital pass may be earned, but only one (1) digital pass may be used per Main Event Tournament. Once a participant receives a digital pass, they must register for the applicable Main Event Tournament by going to http://www.games.com/poker and following the directions provided to complete and submit the registration form. Digital pass has no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. Participants must submit an online registration form by dates stated below in order to be eligible to participate in a Main Event Tournament. If a participant leaves, sits out, or loses their internet connection during any tournament or if he/she does not arrive on time for a tournament, forced bets (blinds, antes, etc) will still be placed according to the blind and ante schedule posted on the details area of the applicable tournament. Hands will fold at the next optional bet until they are out of chips. Their seat is automatically reserved and the participant may rejoin play at any time during the applicable tournament as long as they still have chips. The winner of each Main Event Tournament will be declared a Grand Prize winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. Participants must comply with all No-Limit Texas Hold’em Poker Tournament rules and regulations in addition to these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. If a dispute results as to the identity of an online participant, it will be determined that the person participating is the authorized account holder of the email address from which the participation occurred. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.

4. TOURNAMENTS DATES & TIMES: Qualifying Tournaments for the 1st Main Event Tournament run from 5/4/08 through 5/10/08 (“1st Tournament Period”). The Qualifying Tournaments begin at 7:00 PM ET and 10:00 PM ET on Sunday, 5/4/08 and at Noon, ET, 3:00 PM ET, 6:00 PM ET, 9:00 PM ET and 11:45 PM ET Monday through Saturday during the 1st Tournament Period. The 1st Main Event Tournament occurs on Sunday, 5/11/08 at 3:00 PM ET. Registration for the 1st Main Event Tournament begins on 5/4/08 at 8:00 PM ET. Qualifying Tournaments for the 2nd Main Event Tournament run from 5/11/08 through 5/17/08 (“2nd Tournament Period”). The Qualifying Tournaments begin at 7:00 PM ET and 10:00 PM ET on Sunday 5/11/08 and at Noon ET, 3:00 PM ET, 6:00 PM ET, 9:00 PM ET and 11:45 PM ET Monday through Saturday during the 2nd Tournament Period. The 2nd Main Event Tournament occurs on Sunday, 5/18/08 at 3:00 PM ET. Registration for the 2nd Main Event Tournament begins on 5/11/08 at 8:00 PM ET. Qualifying Tournaments for the 3rd Main Event Tournament run from 5/18/08 through 5/24/08 (“3rd Tournament Period”). The Qualifying Tournaments begin at 7:00 PM ET and 10:00 PM ET on Sunday, 5/18/08, and at Noon ET, 3:00 PM ET, 6:00 PM ET, 9:00 PM ET and 11:45 PM ET Monday through Saturday during the 3rd Tournament Period. The 3rd Main Event Tournament occurs on Sunday, 5/25/08 at 3:00 PM ET. Registration for the 3rd Main Event Tournament begins on 5/18/08 at 8:00 PM ET. Qualifying Tournaments for the 4th Main Event Tournament run from 5/25/08 through 5/31/08 (“4th Tournament Period”). The Qualifying Tournaments begin at 7:00 PM ET and 10:00 PM ET on Sunday, 5/25/08 and at Noon ET, 3:00 PM ET, 6:00 PM ET, 9:00 PM ET and 11:45 PM ET Monday through Saturday during the 4th Tournament Period. The 4th Main Event Tournament occurs on Sunday, 6/1/08 at 3:00 PM ET. Registration for the 4th Main Event Tournament begins on 5/25/08 at 8:00 PM ET. Qualifying Tournaments for the 5th Main Event Tournament run from 6/1/08 through 6/7/08 (“5th Tournament Period”). The Qualifying Tournaments begin at 7:00 PM ET and 10:00 PM ET on Sunday, 6/1/08 and at Noon ET, 3:00 PM ET, 6:00 PM ET, 9:00 PM ET and 11:45 PM ET Monday through Saturday during the 5th Tournament Period. The 5th Main Event Tournament occurs on 6/8/08 at 3:00 PM ET. Registration for the 5th Main Event Tournament begins on 6/1/08 at 8:00 PM ET. Qualifying Tournaments for the 6th Main Event Tournament run from 6/8/08 through 6/14/08 (“6th Tournament Period”). The Qualifying Tournaments begin at 7:00 PM ET and 10:00 PM ET on Sunday, 6/8/08 and at Noon ET, 3:00 PM ET, 6:00 PM ET, 9:00 PM ET and 11:45 PM ET Monday through Saturday during the 6th Tournament Period. The 6th Main Event Tournament occurs on 6/15/08 at 3:00 PM ET. Registration for the 6th Main Event Tournament begins on 6/8/08 at 8:00 PM ET.

5. WINNER DETERMINATION/NOTIFICATION: The winner of each Main Event Tournament will be determined by the online tournament system hosted by the Sponsor. Sponsor’s and judges’ decisions are final and binding on matters relating to this Contest. The top finishers in the Qualifying Tournaments and the Main Event Tournament winners will be notified immediately. Potential Main Event Tournament winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/liability release and where legal, a publicity release, an AOL Appearance & Consent Form, and Federal and State tax release, and return these documents, properly executed, via fax within five (5) business days of date of issuance of notification. Non-compliance within this time frame, the inability to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, non-compliance with these Official Rules or if a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in such potential winner being disqualified, and the prize may be awarded to the runner-up of the applicable Main Event Tournament. Limit one (1) Grand Prize per person, per family and per household. Being declared a winner is subject to validation and verification of eligibility and compliance with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules.

6. PRIZE DESCRIPTION: A total of six (6) Grand Prizes are available to be awarded. Grand Prize consists of a five (5) day, four (4) night trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, NV, from 7/2/08 – 7/6/08 where the winners will participate in the World Series of Poker. Each Grand Prize includes roundtrip coach class air transportation from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s home, round-trip ground transportation via private sedan service between airport and hotel in Las Vegas, hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy) and an opportunity for the winner only to participate in the 2008 World Series of Poker No Limit Texas Hold’em World Championship Tournament. Sponsor will pay all fees associated with securing winner’s seat for participation in tournament and in no event will winner be required to expend additional monies or other consideration to compete in tournament. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Las Vegas Trip: $3,600.00. Total ARV of all prizes: $21,600.00 Actual value may vary based on winner’s point of departure and existing rates at time of travel. Travel must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner and guest must possess valid ID in order to travel. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Air transportation will be provided only if winner resides more than 100 miles from Las Vegas, NV. If winner resides less than 100 miles from Las Vegas, he/she will be responsible for his/her own transportation to/from and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Each winner’s guest must be 21 years of age or older, and winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically stated within these Official Rules as being provided, including additional transportation, meals, gratuities and souvenirs are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Any depictions of prizes in advertising or promotional materials for the Contest are for illustrative purposes only. If any part of the event is unable to take place as planned, for any reason, including but not limited to, cancellation, scheduling conflicts or an event of force majeure, the remaining components of the prize will be awarded and Sponsor’s obligation to the winner(s) will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winners. Each winner’s guest must sign and return a liability release and (where legal) a publicity release and winner and guest must sign a travel release prior to traveling. In order for an eligible winner to be awarded an entry to the 2008 World Series of Poker No Limit Texas Hold’em World Championship Tournament (the “Tournament”), such winner must promptly comply with all the requirements, including all applicable participant paperwork as may be requested by Sponsor and/or Tournament operators. Tournament is not produced, sponsored or executed by Sponsor. Tournament restrictions apply & each winner shall be subject to the Terms & Conditions therefore. Tournament dates, times and duration at sole discretion of Tournament operators and each winner agrees to look solely to such operators for any such Rules, Terms & Conditions and/or guarantees, if any. Neither participants nor winners shall be entitled to receive any compensation or credit for participation, other than that disclosed in these Official Rules. Each winner must travel on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. FURTHER DOCUMENTATION: If Sponsor shall desire to secure additional documents as Sponsor may reasonably require in order to affectuate the purposes and intents of this Agreement, then each participant agrees to sign the same upon Sponsor’s request therefore.

8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and state only), image, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical material throughout the universe in perpetuity by any and all means, media, devices, processes and technology now known or hereafter devised (including, without limitation, print, broadcast, Internet and portable media) for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes and in connection with the production, distribution, exhibition, promotion, advertising and exploitation of the World Series of Poker by Sponsor, and/or any party designated by the Sponsor, including but not limited to, any online announcements, without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Participants release and hold harmless AOL LLC, Masque Publishing, Inc., Harrah’s License Company, LLC and their respective parent and subsidiary companies, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, including Strobe Promotions, Inc., and their respective employees, officers, directors and shareholders (collectively, “Releasees”) from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to, personal injury or death, resulting from participating in this Contest or from the acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of any prize awarded or participation in any prize-related activity (including any travel associated hereto).

9. GENERAL: Sponsor will collect information from the participants solely for the purpose of participating in the Contest and to notify winners. Sponsor will not share this information with any third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Contest. Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, garbled, delayed, incomplete, undelivered or misdirected transmissions or tournament plays, or for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network, cable, satellite or Internet Service Provider (ISP) connections, inability to access a website or participate in the online tournament, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions or inaccurate transcription of entry information, whether caused by the Sponsor, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest, or for any other errors of any kind, whether computer, network, technical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in the administration of the Contest, the processing of submissions, tournament plays or registrations, or in the conducting of any tournament, in the announcement of the prizes, in any Contest-related materials or the cancellation of the 2008 World Series of Poker No Limit Texas Hold’em World Championship Tournament. Releasees are also not responsible for any damage to a user’s computer or any other damage that may limit a participant’s ability to participate in the Contest. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, delay or suspend part or all of this Contest at any time without notice, if in the judges’ opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Contest, or if virus, bugs non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or integrity and proper play of the Contest. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may void any entries it suspects are at issue and, if terminated, determine winners for the tournament at issue from among all eligible participants up to the date of cancellation. Caution: Any attempt by a participant or any other individual to deliberately damage the website or any online service related to this promotion or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney’s fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these Official Rules or interfere with this Contest in any manner. If a participant is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate that participant’s eligibility to participate in the Contest.

10. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Commonwealth of Virginia, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Virginia.

11. WINNER’S LIST: To obtain the names of the winners, available after 7/8/08, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope by 7/8/08, to: 2008 World Series Of Poker No Limit Texas Hold’em Tournament Contest Winners, c/o Strobe Promotions, 535 S. Broadway, Suite 203, Hicksville, NY 11801.
